Creating a brand that feels like an artist at work, not a coaching template

Brand identity, visual language, UX structure, accessibility, website design, social assets
Jo is an artist as much as a practitioner, but the brand wasn’t letting that show. Visually, she was being squeezed into a coaching shape that never really suited her.
The look sat too close to familiar coaching territory.
Her artwork and personal style weren’t coming through.
There was no visual way to show the journey clients go on.
The brand didn’t give her much room to play.

after

Once the brand was rooted in Jo’s own instincts and artwork, it started to feel like something she could actually inhabit.
The visual direction draws directly from her art and personal style.
The colour palette comes from how she already works and dresses.
Custom icons bring in a deliberate bit of woo.
A path graphic shows the client journey and anchors the whole thing.

A brand works best when it gives the owner room to grow.

People immediately sense Jo’s individuality, understand the journey she takes clients on, and experience her work as creative and personal rather than generic

Hey! I'm Eloïse
I work across brand, website and product design for service led businesses and tech teams that are already up and running.
I’ve worked with businesses at many stages. As things grow, the experience often needs tightening so it keeps working for users and teams alike.
I focus on clarity, structure and usability, and I work collaboratively with clients and developers to make design decisions that hold up over time.
