I’m Eloïse, and for over 15 years I’ve been shaping brands and experiences for businesses big and small. I started out in agencies, moved through in-house teams, and eventually stepped into freelancing — not as an escape, but as a choice. A slower, more intentional pace gave me the freedom to dig deeper, to work closely with people, and to build brands that actually last.

Along the way, I’ve worked across almost every corner of design: print and marketing campaigns, web and SaaS platforms, app design, and full user experience projects. That mix means I don’t just see the surface of a brand — I see the whole ecosystem.
And here’s what I’ve learned: brands rarely crumble in one dramatic moment. They unravel slowly, quietly. A missing logo here, a different tone there… until confidence is chipped away. But when you give a brand the right structure, language, and design, it feels alive again — cohesive, confident, ready to grow.
Outside of work, I live by the sea in Cornwall — swimming, walking cliff paths for miles, sometimes camping out under starlight. I keep our little cottage warm and fuelled, and I build networks that feel the same way: supportive, nourishing, alive.
