How do I know if this is the right time to bring someone in?

The site has been edited, added to, and worked around, and it’s getting harder to see what’s actually worth changing. If you’re hesitating because you don’t want to waste time or money on the wrong fixes, that’s usually a good moment to step back and get a clear view.

What kind of organisations do you usually work with?

I tend to work with organisations that already have something real in place. A website that’s live, a brand that’s being used, a product that people rely on. They’re not starting over, but they are ready to be more intentional about how things work and how decisions get made.

No. You don’t need a perfect brief or a neatly packaged problem. Part of my role is helping you articulate what’s unclear, what’s drifting, and what actually matters right now. We work from what exists, not from an ideal version of things.

What’s it like to work together?

It’s collaborative and practical. I’ll ask questions, show you what I’m seeing, and explain my thinking as we go. There’s no big reveal or disappearing act. The aim is that you understand the decisions being made and feel confident using the outcome afterwards.

You’ll need to be available for a small number of conversations and to share access to what already exists. Beyond that, I aim to respect your time. The work should make things easier to run, not harder to manage.
