Corca Mar
Turning a well-intentioned DIY site into something easier to run and buy from
Corca Mar had built their own website and put a huge amount of care into it. The problem wasn’t effort or values. It was that the site had become hard to manage and harder to use. Important information was buried, text was difficult to read, and customers kept asking the same questions. I was brought in to reduce friction without stripping the personality out of the brand.

UX, accessibility, ecommerce structure, content clarity, B2B pathways
Customers can buy with less friction, wholesale buyers can find what they need, and the founder can update the site without it becoming a chore

These were the things getting in the way
People liked what they saw, but the journey didn’t always carry that interest cleanly through to buying.
Next steps weren’t always obvious.
Small interruptions slowed things down.
Decisions felt heavier than they needed to be.
If your site is hard to update, it usually ends up hard for customers to use too.
What happened when we untangled those issues?
By smoothing the flow and clarifying choices, buying now feels straightforward and unforced.
The path through the site is clearer.
Distractions have been stripped back.
Momentum carries through to checkout.
Buying feels simple and natural.
